Mission Statement:
The mission of the Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce is to promote the interest of our business community through proactive pursuit of quality economic growth.

Objectives:

  • Promote Leadership Development and Education for the Business Community
  • Promote positive public relations through special events and activities
  • Be a catalyst between various private and public entities to facilitate the counties’ quality of economic growth
  • Be an advocate for the business community of Calhoun County through a Chamber Newsletter and/or use of local newspapers and news agencies


Jane Dyches
Mrs. Dyches has worked with Calhoun County government since April of 1993. She is heavily involved with the Development Commission and has served as the Executive Director of the Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce since January of 2000. Promoting the business community of Calhoun County is very challenging, but great strides have been taken with the current chamber board and Mrs. Dyches' leadership.
